Founded in 2010, the Trust has grown from a small local initiative to a nationwide network of dedicated professionals, volunteers, and community leaders committed to positive social change. Our interventions focus on addressing critical gaps in education, healthcare access, livelihood opportunities, and environmental sustainability across rural and underserved urban areas.

Charles Ravi Kumar brings over 25 years of experience in the development sector to his role as President of REACH Network Charitable Trust. With a background in social work and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Delhi University, he has dedicated his career to addressing systemic inequalities in Indian society.
Prior to founding REACH Network in 2010, Mr. Kumar served as a senior consultant with international development agencies, where he specialized in education policy and community mobilization strategies. His vision of creating sustainable community-driven solutions has been the guiding force behind the Trust’s growth and impact across the country.
Under his leadership, REACH Network has expanded its operations to 12 states, established partnerships with over 30 corporate and institutional donors, and directly impacted more than 100,000 beneficiaries. Mr. Kumar is a recipient of the National Social Innovation Award (2018) and serves on several advisory boards for government initiatives in rural development.
